Bavani Sivam is the Founder & Director of Samarthana Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd., a 12-year-old organization providing Pan India Statutory Compliance Services across Industries. With over two decades of extensive experience in HR and Compliance, she is widely recognized as a trusted compliance partner for corporates across India.
An MBA and Law Graduate, Bavani began her professional journey with Hyundai Motor India Ltd., and worked with Trimax Ltd and Vacon Drives. Her diverse exposure to Indian and global organizations has given her deep insights into people management, statutory frameworks, and governance best practices.
Driven by the belief that many organizations struggle with compliance due to lack of clarity and structured support, Bavani founded Samarthana in 2013. Her vision was to build an organization that goes beyond transactional services to act as a strategic compliance partner. She aspires to support 10,000 companies across India by building and empowering women leaders to manage compliance and operational excellence nationwide, enabling businesses to remain fully compliant while focusing on their core objectives.
Bavani is a Certified POSH Trainer (MSME) and works closely with organizations to foster safe, compliant, and inclusive workplaces. She is an active member of the Madras Management Association (MMA), Iron Lady Community, and BNI.
A strong advocate of women empowerment and mental resilience, she exemplifies leadership beyond the workplace. Notably, she completed a 10-kilometer marathon while seven months pregnant, organized by Dream Runners, to challenge myths around pregnancy and promote confidence and well-being among women. Beyond her professional role, Bavani is proficient in classical and western dance, and a YouTuber.
At the core of her leadership lies a clear purpose—to contribute towards building a happier, healthier, and more peaceful India by enabling compliant organizations, empowered individuals, and responsible workplaces.

Ms. Swapna Pappalil Muraleedharan is one of the Directors of Samarthana Corporate Services Pvt Ltd and an experienced IT professional and corporate trainer with extensive experience delivering technical training in India and internationally for clients of HP and IBM.
She specializes in UNIX System Administration, Enterprise Infrastructure, and Automation, with hands-on expertise across multiple UNIX platforms and enterprise hardware environments.
Her core areas of expertise include HP-UX System Administration, AIX System Administration, Shell Scripting, Rational Tools & Methodologies, and Automation & Tool Development.
Ms. Swapna Pappalil Muraleedharan has conducted technical training programs and consulting engagements for a wide range of global enterprises, including IBM, HP India, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Thomson Financials, Fidelity Investments, Morgan Stanley, Lucent Technologies, GE Medical, Satyam, Siemens, Philips, Accenture, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Bosch, HCL Technologies, and multiple clients of HP South Africa.
